These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Ratnalok Hotel's online booking services, accessible via the website at https://ratnalokhotel.com/. By accessing this website and using our online booking services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Ratnalok Hotel's online booking service if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Cancellation Policy
   1. 1 . Cancellations made 15 or more days before check in date will be free .
      2 . Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance but less than 15 days will incur a cancellation charge of 1 nights tariff.
   2. 3 . No shows and cancellations made 0 to 7 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.
      4 . In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5.7% as payment processing charges.
2. Refund Policy
   1. 1 .On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between two(2)-to four(4) weeks to show refund back on your credit card statement.
      2 .Reasons for the specified processing time are based on billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank.
   2. 3 .The refund depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees etc. For more details refer to the cancellation policy mentioned above.
   3. 4 . In case the reservation is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything on your credit card and release the whole amount if any that was held on it immediately.
   4. 5 .Now after we do this, it will still take two(2) to four(4) weeks for the bank to process the refund and to show the refunded amount on your credit card.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
   1. Check-In: Check-in time is from [ 12:00 Afternoon] onwards. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
   2. Check-Out: Check-out time is by [11:00 AM]. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
